Classic exploitation films were promoted by producers in various ways including theatrical trailers, TV spots, radio spots and traditional newspaper advertisements. This page is dedicated to the many exploitation film ads that ran in newspapers across the USA. Most importantly, as an online film history resource, we wanted to have a special section on this site where visitors could peruse the different kinds of graphic art or "ad mats" used to get audiences interested in these kinds of films throughout the 60s, 70s and 80s.
