Overview

Victoria Films was the New York distribution company who usually worked with Times Films (of Mondo Cane fame). Its short but historical list of films included Del Tenney's Violent Midnight, the Mondo of Japan's lifestyle Violated Paradise (1963), a 1963 film from Brazil that was turned into Pretty but Wicked in 1965, the 1968 roughie The Taming, and the legendary 1960 British film Beat Girl that was known in The States as Wild for Kicks in 1962. The last sighting of this company was the 1969 film The Corporate Queen, which was directed by John and Lem Amero, a fitting end to a New York based history.
