The Victory aka New Victory theater is located at 209 W. 42nd Street. It was opened in 1900 and is one of the first theaters on The Deuce to show pornographic movies. It closed in 1987 then in 1994-95 it was refurbished and reopened as The New Victory. It is one of the last of the grindhouses still in operation.
