MORE ON BOXOFFICE INTERNATIONAL PICTURES: During a brief moment in the Winter of 1973-1974, BIP mainly focused on their more Horror-edged titles, with this and a film called Taste of Hell being highlighted as then-recent films to book with other films highlighted in that promotion being Jean Rollin's Requiem for a Vampire, which was re-named Caged Virgins and also Crazed Vampire (The title used for that promotion), and Behind Locked Doors, the 1968 film by Stanley Brasloff. The Sinful Dwarf was carefully marked in it's ads as something that was "not recommended for people with weak hearts" on top of it's usual "Admission Restricted," and became one of it's most interesting pick ups through it's history. As with some Boxoffice International titles, this was quickly given another title in Mid-1974, Abducted Bride. - Screen13
