The Hearst (1980, USA) is a Horror film directed by George Bowers.
  • Synopsis: Newly divorced Jane Hardy (Trish Van Devere) decides to spend the summer in a home given to her by her dead aunt. On the way there, she has a dangerous encounter with an old hearse, and it doesn't take her long to discover that the house itself is haunted. It seems that the aunt was dabbling in the occult while she was alive. When Jane meets charming local Tom Sullivan (David Gautreaux), she is attracted to him, and desire overshadows signs that he may be the ghost of her dead aunt's lover.
