BLU RAY COMMENTS: The Farmer is a film that had been essentially lost, no VHS or DVDs were available. After 25 years of searching for a copy I managed to see a badly damaged version which was on some type of tape format. Thanks to Scorpion Releasing, a brand new restored version is available in high definition and after watching the film, I can say it looks spectacular. A solid crime thriller in the vein of Rolling Thunder and The Exterminator. - Pete
