"Corman was not a guy known for putting a great deal of emphasis on quality and that's what has made him such a notorious grindhouse director".

I dont really agree with that statement. He actually made some very good films himself as a director with very low budgets (A Bucket of Blood, The Poe films, X The Man with X Ray Eyes, The Wild Angels etc). Maybe the films he later produced werent that good quality wise though.

I just dont want this site to have a "so bad its good" theme. I'm trying to keep it more of an honest appreciation of the movies. If somethings plain bad, thats different. hope you see where I'm coming from.
