< My Breakfast With Blassie
- The whole premise is a parody of the 1981 Wallace Shawn-Andre Gregory film My Dinner With Andre.
- Andy Kaufman's final public appearance was at the film's premiere.
- The disgusting fan is played by Bob Zmuda, one of Andy's comedy writers.
- Andy's opening voiceover mentions Jerry "The King" Lawler slapping him on the set of Late Night with David Letterman. That incident was staged, but only Lawler and Kaufman knew what was going to happen. As a result, Letterman's look of confusion was completely genuine.
