This latecomer to the sub-genre is also the sleaziest. It accomplishes this impressive feat by including S&M, incest, nunsploitation, underage sexuality and inappropriate use of a stuffed animal. It also features the notorious use of hardcore penetration inserts, commonly "borrowed" from full-on porn films; however, in this case there's been speculation that the real cast and crew were involved since the scenes match up so well. (One scene which looks to be lead actress Katell Laennec genuinely performing fellatio suggests this possibility of being true).

The movie itself revolves around noble Italian family, the Karolys, as they maneuver amongst themselves to avoid becoming impoverished. The family matriarch (Pupita Lea) is pushing for the marriage of her son Andrea (Enzo Fisichella) to self-proclaimed whore Nais (Patrizia Webley). The reason behind this is because Nais' current husband Adolpho (Giuseppe Marrocco) is the only family member still financially sound. The fact that he is a permanently paralyzed mute will allow for her remarriage to Andrea.

The problem is that Andrea is still in love with his deceased wife, who was murdered under mysterious circumstances. His attempt to contact her via séance results in the emergence of a particularly horny ghost that unzips the pants of the men and shreds the blouses of the women. (A painting hints that the spirit isn't Andrea's wife at all but a perverted ancestress named Lucrezia).

After this bit of mischief the entity overtakes the body of Bimba (Laennec), Andrea's innocent daughter. It instantly transforms her into a lascivious deviant who attempts to satisfy her sexual insatiability by masturbating frequently, one time using a teddy bear with a candle as a makeshift penis. When this fails to appease her Bimba tries to seduce daddy Andrea with a deep, open mouthed kiss. It takes him a few seconds longer than it should for him to break off in disgust. She next sets her sights on nun-in-training Sofia (Mariangela Giordano, who also starred in the director's incredible BURIAL GROUND: A NIGHT OF TERROR), who is also Aldopho's caregiver. She nearly succumbs to the Sapphic temptation, going so far as to climb into bed with Bimba and allowing the girl to start undressing her. Sofia finally comes to her senses and bursts out of the room. However, the pinnacle of Bimba's debauchery occurs when she performs oral sex (See above) on her helpless uncle, causing him to suffer a fatal heart attack.

Sofia realizes she is the only one pure enough to save Bimba's soul. Its at this point that the entity Lucrezia reveals that its goal has always been to inhabit and corrupt Sofia herself. Realizing that this is the only way to help to free Bimba, a resigned Sofia accepts her fate and allows the spirit to overtake her.

In the aftermath, Sofia grows increasingly despondent as the voice of Lucrezia torments her about all the debasement in store for her. In a last ditch effort to save her own soul hurls herself off the Karolys family castle.
