Long Weekend/Comments

• An Australian couple go to a deserted beach to try to save their failing marriage but when they mistreat nature things start to go wrong. The relationship between Peter and Marcia are quite odd, everytime Marcia seems to be getting happy it doesn't take long for her snotty attitude to be right back were it was. Long Weekend is obviously inspired by Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds but what is different is that you see various animals attack the humans instead of just birds. What I really like about Long Weekend is that the animals really don't kill Peter and Marcia but they do scare them to the point where accidents happen. --Me
