- Shown at many U.S. drive-ins as a supporting feature for the re-released ISLAND OF LOST GIRLS (1969)
- Though often labeled a "lost" film, two prints are rumored to be extant in private U.S. collections, both bearing the original release title "The Sex Serum of Dr. Blake". A third print, reputedly once held in a Las Vegas, Nevada public library, was either discarded or stolen.
- Belfilm is believed to hold the home media rights and has a 35mm Dutch-subtitled print under the "Sex Serum of Dr. Blake" name.
