- A mysterious psychotic man from a mental ward escapes and terrorizes students at a university. Thats the story. Terrible acting, terrible direction, terrible cinematography, okay blood FX. One of the worst films I've ever seen. I'm of the belief that just because a film is made on a low budget, doesnt mean it should be given the right to be a bad film. Well this one has no redeeming qualities to it. - Pete
