Synopsis

Arthur Kennedy plays Don Angelino, head of the mafia's powerful Ferrante family. John Saxon is Gaspar Ardizzone, a rival who wants to be his own capo of the underworld and land owned by Ferrante's son Stefano. The psychotic Gaspar has Stefano killed and plans to kidnap his wife (Agostina Belli) to get her signature for the land contracts. Don Angelino intervenes but Gaspar continues to move towards a war between the factions. When Ferrante's oldest son Luca (Spiro Focas) returns he vows to get Gaspar at all cost.
